Estimate the next nap, likely wake window, daily nap count, and bedtime based on your baby’s age and the way the day has been going.
This calculator estimates age-based wake windows, next nap timing, daily nap structure, and bedtime. It is a planning tool, not medical advice.
SleepQuify’s baby sleep calculator estimates the next nap, wake window, likely number of naps, and bedtime for the day. It is built to give a fast planning answer without making you dig through a long baby sleep app workflow.
Different age bands use different wake windows. A baby who is 3 months old does not usually follow the same rhythm as a 10 month old or a toddler who is already close to one nap.
This calculator starts from the last wake time. It then applies a typical wake window for the selected age band. That gives the estimated start time for the next nap.
After that, it builds a simple day structure using common nap counts and nap lengths. If the day has been harder and naps have been short, bedtime is usually pulled earlier. If naps have been longer, bedtime may move slightly later.
Use this together with the SleepQuify sleep calculator if you also want a simple adult sleep timing tool for yourself.
If naps are going normally, the output acts as a reasonable planning baseline for the rest of the day.
Short naps often reduce daytime sleep and increase overtiredness. That usually means the next wake window should not run too long, and bedtime may need to be earlier.
If naps have been better than usual, the baby may handle a slightly longer window and bedtime may shift later without issue.
